There are many viruses and trojans out there that are really tough to remove. This How to might assist some customers in removing many Viruses and Trojans if infected:
NOTE: We cannot guarantee this will always work as in many cases the infected files cannot be deleted and anti-malware scanners cannot disinfect them properly. When disinfection is attempted, the files become corrupted and the system may become irreparable.
Cause
Downloading files from untrusted websites,forums ,etc
Copying Media or Files from USB Devices,etc
Basic How To:
Try the following:
1. If you have Anti Virus installed and it picks up the virus name or type. Download a removal tool from one of the major AV brands:
Symantec - http://www.symantec.com/business/security_response/removaltools.jsp
Kaspersky - http://www.kaspersky.com/virus-removal-tools
Run the file in Safe Mode. They usually include a .txt file which provides the steps required.
If you do not know the name of the virus you infected with perform the below:
2. Download the Free Dr.Web CureIt! program : http://www.freedrweb.com/cureit/?lng=en and run it.
It will attempt to cure as much files as it can. If any cannot be cured write down the name of the virus and try running the appropriate removal tool as per point [1] above and run the file in safe mode.
3. Download the free version of Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and run it.
Remove any files it may find.
4. Download a free AV program like Microsoft Essentials/ Avast Antivirus / AVG.
Update and Install.

Once installed run a FULL SCAN.
If the above fails your PC may be way too infected to be cleared.
Recommendations:
1. Get a Computer Technician to attempt to remove the infection
2. Reinstall Windows from a clean install.
NOTE: The above might also work better if you had a clean boot with creating a clean boot disk or usb.
